ReunionTeam is a company whose purpose is to organize high school reunions. In order to locate individuals and promote reunion events, ReunionTeam collects data on high school alumni. An individual database record is maintained on each alumnus. This database resides on a database server using industry standard technology for security.

Respecting the privacy and security of your personal information is important to us. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully. It is designed to inform you of the types of information we collect, how we use that information, and the circumstance under which we will share that information. This Privacy Policy covers the use by ReunionTeam of any personally identifiable information that you submit to ReunionTeam, or that ReunionTeam may collect from other sources, but does not apply to the practices of companies that ReunionTeam does not own or control, or to people that ReunionTeam does not employ or manage.

We will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information that you send us for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to developing and marketing products and services incorporating such information. This does not include personal information that you submit to the web site for reunion registration.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE SHARE AND WITH WHOM?

ReunionTeam may share your contact information with the reunion committee planning the reunion by whom we were hired, with your high school, or with an alumni association approved by your high school unless you have requested that we not do so.

We are permitted under law to share information with other parties under certain circumstances. We will share information about you with companies that process our credit card orders, companies that maintain and safeguard our account information, debt collectors, and as necessary, to respond to legal subpoenas and other legal processes.

We do not permit outsiders to sell or give your information to others. We do not sell your information to anyone. If we gather personal identifying information through sources other than your submission to ReunionTeam, we will not disclose this information without your prior approval.

OPT OUT NOTICE

If you prefer that we not disclose non-public personal information about you, you may opt out of these disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make these disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures you may do so by submitting the appropriate options contained in forms mailed to you, or contained in forms at www.reunionteam.com. If you have not opted out prior to our publishing an alumni directory for your reunion, we may publish such information in the directory referred to herein.
